Weasels Gregg, Ryan and Carson headed to camp to assess snow damage from our unbelievable amount of snow this year. They spent 3/23 thru 3/26 doing what they could. Snow was waist deep in the woods and a couple feet deep everywhere. A couple of weeks earlier our neighbor Danny had called to let us know our steel shed had collapsed and he could no longer plow the snow. The boys were able to shovel out around the cabin and the steel shed. Danny came up with his tractor and helped them lift the shed back up to the point they could get into it. They got the 4 wheeler out, but two lawn tractors and many other items remain. They covered the mess with a tarp until we can get up and remove the tractors. We will have to build a new shed as the old one cannot be salvaged. I really appreciate the work the boys put in. This old weasel isn't much good in snow over 6 inches anymore and just couldn't be of much help. They worked their tails off and I owe them two beers and a root beer. We are looking forward to a new larger shed and getting the mess cleaned up. A special thanks to our special neighbor Danny. I can't begin to tell you how many times he has saved the day for us. Until next time, remember that life is good, even better if you are a weasel.
