Spring Turkey Hunt

My spring hunt report is short and to the point. No Toms shot during periods 3 and 5. One Tom almost shot the 1st morning of period 3, but couldn't pull him away from hens. Other than that, saw quite a few hens, but no Toms. Just wait til next year. As I push age 82, I am just happy to have my health and get out a few times. All in all, I spent about 40 hours total in the blind. Saw lots of deer and other wildlife and had a very pleasant hunt.
