Trip to Camp Aug. 1&2

Weasels Larry and Ashlyn along with Weasel dog Daffy made a trip to camp to continue repairs caused by our lightening. We were able to install the 3 window with new glass, and put the new TV antenna on the roof, but still cannot get a TV picture. I'm beginning to think the YV set was also damaged and we will need a new TV. Weasel Gregg is going up this weekend and will attempt one more time to get a picture. I will await his report before buying a new set. Ashlyn and I took the 4-wheeler out to my deer stand and discovered that someone had smashed the door open and stole a turkey decoy and some other items. Needless to say I am not too happy. They have been training bear hounds the past few weeks and I highly suspect that this is where the problem lies. I will be having a talk with my bear hunting neighbor and let him know I am not pleased. Any more of that crap and our woods will be closed to bear hunting period. Had a nice visit with friends at the Creek Tues. afternoon and again Thurs. morning at breakfast. Other than the deer stand incident it was a great trip and Ashlyn and I had a nice time. Even braved the mosquitoes Tues. night and had a bonfire.
