A lively band of weasels headed north for our opening trip of 2026. An earlier trip had been cancelled due to minus 37 chill factor. Weasels Larry,Gregg,Ryan,Tom,Carson,Chad and of course our side kick Daffer. Plans were to check things out, do a little ice fishing and a little drinking. As the saying goes, there is no joy in weasel town. The mighty hunters have struck out. Friday found an excited bunch of weasels headed north to do heavy damage to Camp Weasel's deer herd' Weasels included Weasel Larry (a non hunter after 75 years of hunting), Weasels Gregg, Ryan, Carson, Mike and Chad who was coming Sat. morning and of course Daffy dog.
